Quick answers about booking, tickets and refunds.
Booking & payment
Do I need an account to book?
No. Enter your name, email and phone at checkout. Your tickets are emailed to you and saved in My tickets on the phone you booked with.
Are there any extra fees?
No booking fee. The total shown before you pay is exactly what you pay.
My payment failed. Was I charged?
If the payment window says it failed, no money was taken. You can safely try again, or use another method (UPI, card or netbanking).
Money left my account but I have no ticket
Payments can take a few minutes to confirm. Check your email (including spam) and My tickets after 15 minutes. If a payment is never confirmed, your bank normally returns it automatically within 5–7 working days. Still stuck? Write to hello@xortal.net with the time of payment and the last 4 digits of your card or your UPI ID.
Your tickets
Where are my tickets?
In the email we sent after payment, and in My tickets on the phone you booked with. On a new phone, open My tickets and sign in with a 6-digit code sent to your email.
I didn't get the email
Check spam and promotions first. Then use Find my tickets to send them again to the email you booked with.
Can I share or forward my ticket?
Each QR code admits one person, once. Anyone holding a copy could use it first, so only share a ticket with the person who will use it.
Refunds & cancellations
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final. If an event is cancelled you're refunded in full automatically; if it's postponed you can request a refund before the new date. Read the full refund policy.
What if the event is cancelled?
Everyone with a ticket is emailed. Online payments are refunded in full to the original payment method, usually arriving 5–7 working days after the refund is sent.
What if the event is postponed?
Your ticket stays valid for the new date. If you can't attend, write to hello@xortal.net with your order number before the new date for a full refund.
At the event
What do I show at the gate?
The QR code from your email or My tickets. Turn your screen brightness up. Carry a photo ID in case the organiser asks for one.
What if I have no signal at the venue?
Tickets opened once in My tickets stay saved on your phone and show even offline.
Privacy & your data
What does Xortal do with my details?
Only what's needed for your booking. We don't sell data or use ad trackers. Read the privacy policy.
Can I download or delete my data?
Yes. Open My tickets, sign in, then use Your data.
Still need help?
Write to hello@xortal.net and include your order number. Questions about an event itself (timings, line-up, entry rules) are best sent to its organiser, shown on the event page.
