Questions organisers ask
When do I get my money?
We collect ticket payments securely and pay your earnings into your verified bank account 7 days after your event ends, with a full statement. Money from gate and direct sales is already with you; the fees on those are taken from your online balance.
What happens if the internet goes down at the gate?
Scanner phones keep a copy of every ticket and keep checking QR codes. Gate sales are saved on the phone. Everything uploads by itself when the connection is back, and any double entries are flagged.
Can my team use their own phones?
Yes. Each person gets a username and PIN with a role: scanner, gate seller or supervisor. They only see what their role allows, and you can switch anyone off instantly.
Can I sell tickets that aren't on my public page?
Yes. Hide a pass from the page and sell it at the door, or issue tickets directly for guest lists, sponsors and bank transfers.
How do refunds work?
Refunds of online payments are handled by Xortal, so buyers always deal with one trusted place. Refunded tickets stop working straight away and aren't included in your payout. If you cancel your event, contact us and we refund every buyer.
